Eligibility Criteria

1. You need to be over the age of 18 and own a smartphone.
2. You are able to attend our study research centre at Curtin University, Bentley
3. You are able to come in to the centre and eat 3 meals over a day and then the following day attend a short interview. We want you to do this on 3 separate occasions, every 2 weeks. This would be a total of 6 visits of approximately 1 hour each time).
